What can you book with us?
Stills, video, drone and Matterport 3D tours, on their own or together. Tick everything you need in the booking form.
Which areas do you cover?
The San Francisco Bay Area. If the property is further out, say so in the notes and we’ll let you know.
Does someone need to be at the shoot?
Tell us in the booking form who will let us in (you, the seller or tenant, or a lockbox) and we’ll confirm the plan with you before shoot day.
How should the home be prepared?
Turn on every light, open the blinds, clear kitchen and bathroom counters, put away bins, pet bowls and family photos, and move cars off the driveway. A tidy room photographs bigger.
When is the best time for twilight photos?
Just after sunset, when the sky turns deep blue and every light inside is on. Choose “Twilight” as the time of day and we’ll plan the shoot around sunset.
