Stills
Interior and exterior photography that shows each room and how the spaces connect.
When to order. Order stills for every listing. They are the images buyers see first, on the MLS, your site and your socials.
Video
A walk through the property in motion, so a buyer can follow how the rooms connect before they visit.
When to order. Order video when you want a listing to stand out on social feeds, or when the layout is easier to feel than to describe.

Aerial views that place the home in its setting: lot size, neighbors, views and nearby landmarks.
When to order. Order drone for larger lots, hillside or waterfront homes, condo complexes, or anywhere the surroundings are part of the sale.
Matterport 3D
An interactive 3D walkthrough that lets buyers move through the home at their own pace.
When to order. Order a 3D tour for out-of-town buyers, larger homes, or any listing where you want serious buyers to pre-screen the space.

What can you book with us?
Stills, video, drone and Matterport 3D tours, on their own or together. Tick everything you need in the booking form.
Which areas do you cover?
The San Francisco Bay Area. If the property is further out, say so in the notes and we’ll let you know.
Does someone need to be at the shoot?
Tell us in the booking form who will let us in (you, the seller or tenant, or a lockbox) and we’ll confirm the plan with you before shoot day.
How should the home be prepared?
Turn on every light, open the blinds, clear kitchen and bathroom counters, put away bins, pet bowls and family photos, and move cars off the driveway. A tidy room photographs bigger.
When is the best time for twilight photos?
Just after sunset, when the sky turns deep blue and every light inside is on. Choose “Twilight” as the time of day and we’ll plan the shoot around sunset.
